Back when I photographed weddings, I also shot video. Starting on a Sony Betamax camcorder I quickly moved into VHS cameras with separate recording packs. After that, I used a Sony Hi-8 camera for the longest time until finally discovering the wonderful qualities of digital video.
Digital video, now called “video,” made it possible to edit on the computer, using programs like iMovie or Final Cut on my Mac.
Video is an entertaining and informative enhancement to blogs and can be used as little mini-commercials for broadcast on YouTube.
